You can make demo-tracks even with the full version. Just dont use full-version parts. I've tried it with your froggy F-Zero and it works.
I just added a checkpoint (a playable checkpoint) and I can still play it with the demo. Even 1 more checkpoint would be possible without changing anything in the track (no remove of booster or so) and if you would remove the last booster after the first jump, right before the first courve you would have place even for another checkpoint. Anyway, its your decission and I dont mind (unless I have 99%). Just wanted to let you know that its possible.

Super track, brilliant speed... just awesome!
And as Zeroe said.... just one of the best all-time tracks. Played it so many times in those old demo-days, shame on me I have never awarded it.
